Anne-Laure gave this amazing inspiration about mobile trucks that come regularly. So not only is your hang out now a place, but one that's so exclusive, its not there all the time. Now that's cool! Launched by Moroccan-born Yassir Z. Raouli, The Bistro Truck runs in the Union Square area with the concept of an affordable Bistro menu with a Moroccan-Mediterranean influence.
